Of course the video is 10 minutes long because love is worth it. We start with what love is not, because our misperceptions and false beliefs of love are the biggest issue. Then we define love in its simplest form. Love is the beauty in all of us, the infinite potential in all of us, and the amazing universe that we all are apart of. Love is infinite, it is only fear that creates our limits.

Make that your religion.
Make that your politics.
All life matters.

It is not about being right or wrong.
Make that your understanding.
Make that your enlightenment.
We do not have to agree to get along.
Make that open your eyes.
Make that humble your ego.
Hate does not cure,
Hate does not fix,
Hate does not help,
Hate does not heal,
Hate does not love.
Hate only gives way to hate,
which hinders our potential as the human race.

We are blinded by the hate that we are taught,
only because the love that we need and require
is too often smothered and destroyed by our fears
manifested into hate by our egos.

Hate is learned and taught, but it is also a byproduct of the ego. We can unlearn it and we can stop teaching it, we can understand what our ego and fear are doing.

I refuse to hate, I choose to love.
Even when we do those horrible fear/ego-ridden things, I choose to love.
Even when it seems all is lost, I choose to believe we can love.
That’s something to believe in.
That’s something to stand for.

Our disagreements are not there to hate over, they are there to learn from and to grow. Our desire to be right over another at all cost needs to be unlearned. We need to evolve into societies that can have honest discussions without brutal hate. As long as the core value in the human being making the point is to love, we can learn and grow. And we can get along, though we may disagree.

Of course this will take time.
Of course this is a big effort.
Of course you can say this is not possible.
Of course there is still hate and unfortunate lapses in humanity’s growth will still occur.

But I refuse to hate and I choose to love.
I choose to allow NO beliefs, to turn me to hate or to segregate me from my family, the human race.
